Yesterday, fibroid expert Dr. Michael Randell removed eight fibroids including one massive fibroid through three tiny incisions. Clinical Lab Products Magazine published Dr. Randell's "Viewpoint" piece on the American Cancer Society's updated screening guidelines for cervical cancer advocating a human papillomavirus (HPV) test every 5 years for women between the ages of 25 and 65 years. Dr. Randell believes that this is a step backwards for cervical cancer screening.
