Our heat went out on Christmas Eve morning, when it was projected to be as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening. I called O'Callaghan's at 9:30 AM and they were here at noon. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes and left. The service man was very professional, clean, and careful. He showed me the problem so if it happened again I could resolve it.
