Week 2: This week's class was Awesome, the weather cleared up for a Challenging workout. Lots of Trail running, multiple exercises, and a short Tabata workout at the end. Some exercises included were: Mountain Twists, Bicycle Crunches, Rocky Balboas, and the all-time favorite Burpees. Great job everyone! Thanks for all the hard work.
Week 1: This week was our first class of Odyssey Bootcamp, it was really Awesome. Great group of people, super dedicated and hard working. Amazing job everyone! Some exercises included were: Lateral Hops with Burpees, Mountain Twists, Jumping Jack squats, Weighted Crunches, and a challenging Hill Sprint. Thank you everyone for attending. Can't wait for next week. Adventure Awaits.
