A lot has happened since the last mention of price...and for the better, again! OAC has reached the $500's once again!!!!!!!!! We just closed on an Ashworth plan at $505,000! This home had a finished basement, 3 car garage, 3 sides brick, and was renovated inside.... The market is HOT HOT HOT for homes that have been updated!!!!!

Average price is on the rise! $400's are selling again! Days on mkt has dropped significantly! Units sold has gone up dramatically! Basically, nothing but positive things occuring in OAC for 2013!
