He lost both of his legs to street violence. Young man speaks Thursday night at Orrin Hudson's empowerment event held at the Stone Ridge Event Center in Stone Mountain. Hudson, founder of the Be Someone mentoring program, has won national recognition for his work. He was recently tapped as a consultant for the Disney movie, "Queen of Katwe." About 100 attended the empowerment event.
