We're Hiring Again!!! Love being an OT, PT or SLP but need a change from the physical demands of being in a clinic, hospital or school setting? We're hiring several talented, highly skilled, experienced and fun OTs, PTs, and SLPs to join our fast expanding company. One Source Therapy Review is expanding in Atlanta and Miami and looking for licensed therapists to join its fast-paced, professional, and fun team of therapists who review cases for managed care organizations.... One Source Therapy Review has a proven track record and solid reputation of building positive relations with providers and government agencies. Competitive salary based on experience. Paid time off and health insurance coverage is available. In this position, the case managers will review therapy requests for multiple managed care organizations for adults and pediatrics, follow and analyze patients’ level of care, and ensure therapy providers’ adherence to insurance and Medicaid regulations and laws. Case Managers will provide ongoing support and expertise through in-depth analysis of therapy to promote quality patient care. In addition, Case Managers will identify opportunities to streamline the review process as well as potential fraud and opportunities for cost savings. Requirements MUST be a licensed physical, occupational or speech therapist in Georgia or Florida MUST have a MINIMUM of 10 years clinical experience with some pediatric experience. Basic knowledge of insurance and Medicaid rules and regulations Work 40 hours a week Knowledge of medical records, medical terminology, and disease process Experience with pediatrics preferred Strong clinical/social assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to address, resolve and process problems impeding services needed Proactively identify and resolve obstacles Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player Flexibility and strong organizational skills Must be proficient in MS Office, Internet/Web Navigation Education Appropriate minimum degree for preferred licensure or certification. Licenses/Certifications Unencumbered Georgia or Florida license as a Physical Therapist. If licensed in Florida, must be willing to become licensed in Georgia.
