Starting pay rate: $10.50-10.75 per hour, $12 once hired permanently WALK IN HIRING EVENT MONDAY-FRIDAY... Time: 10AM-12PM Location: 152 New Street Suite 113, Macon GA 31201 BRING 2 IDS. We are essential. *Text Jackson to 855-866-2910 to put your name on the list* Available Shifts: 6:00 am start - until job is complete - days will vary OR 5:00 pm start - until job is complete - days will vary *Full time and Part Time openings with growth opportunity! You may pick which days works best for you to work. Job Description: Clean and trim vegetables per Quality Control development/customer specifications. Remove any defects from produce that are undesirable in finished product. Ensure all products on the line is the correct product for that line. Ensure product is supplied to the line at a steady rate without damaging product. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with regard to handling the product and rework. Properly stack and palletize completed cases in standard patterns to minimize crushing Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Willingness to work in COLD environment of a constant 34 degrees. Willingness to work long hours. Shifts could run 8, 10, or 12 hours during peak season. Should be able to stand for long periods of time. Should have reliable transportation. Be open to working a flexible schedule. Days off vary. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds in certain areas This position is felon friendly COVID-19 procedures in full effect: Thermal scanners at multiple entrances throughout the facility. It will only read the temperature once it recognizes a face mask is present. Only allowed in facility if temperature check passes. It is mandatory that face masks be worn at all times while at the facility. Face shields as an added layer of protection. Hand sanitizing stations are throughout the facility. Facility common areas are cleaned multiple times per day and thorough sanitation of every department is cleaned between shifts. We offer a $150 referral bonus.
