Which frequency sets your vibration? I tend to function more between low alpha and high theta (because I pray a lot).......... I listen to alot of Classical music during my most active times of the day to stay in Low Alpha....... it helps me to retain information, FOCUS, stay productive; yet, calm enough to serve my clients efficiently..... You can eat or drink rosemary or magnolia to boost your Alpha Vibe....... The Gamma state is said to be the closest to operating in your god potential.........
