I don't trust anything this administration says but come November, let's get rid of it and this public charge rule.

Due to popular demand, Orza Global Immigration is now offering emigration services. Please contact us should you choose to relocate to another country. (This is not a joke)
If you're eligible to apply for citizenship, now is a good time to give us a call.
Finally something positive.
For those of you in H1B status, please read this article. http://money.cnn.com//technology/h1b-visa-spous/index.html
If you know any Chechnyan gay men in the US who need to file an asylum application, we will do it pro bono!!!
I expect more of this. http://www.houstonchronicle.com//Houston-immigrant-doctors

Well, Trump's new travel ban has not even gone into effect yet and it's already been blocked. http://www.nbcnews.com//federal-judge-hawaii-blocks-trump-
Be careful, folks.
This is sickening. If you're a dreamer (DACA recipient), call us, some of you may have other options.
If you're here on DACA, I am so sorry.
Greg Siskind is a very trustworthy source.
This is absolutely devastating and inhumane. Call us for a free phone consultation if you're concerned about your immigration status.
Certain parts of the Travel Ban will be allowed to go into effect between now and October 2017, on a limited basis, and with far-reaching implications for foreign nationals from the six named countries: Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen. Any clients concerned about the Supreme Court’s decision should contact us immediately if you anticipate travel in and out of the United States.
Know your rights
FYI, folks. What this ACTUALLY means, remains to be seen. As long as a person from one of those countries has a bona fide relationship to someone in the US, they will be able to enter the country. Who is left out? Maybe someone just visiting the US for pleasure? We'll see. http://www.cnn.com//po/travel-ban-supreme-court/index.html
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: I have been informed through one of the local chapters of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association that there is a draft of an Executive Order adding the following countries to the 7. As of now, I am not aware of it being signed. Nonetheless, If you are from these countries i recommend that you DO NOT LEAVE THE US. If you are from these countries and outside the US, you may want to consider getting back to the US expediently. Hearing reports from other immigration attorneys that people are being pressured to sign form I-407 while en route to US. Permanent Residents, DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM! By signing you are giving up your permanent residence and green card.
I strongly recommend that you do not travel abroad right now unless you are a US citizen.
I am encouraging all of you who have a green card and are eligible for naturalization to go ahead and file for citizenship ASAP. We don't know how this new administration will affect your immigration status and green card.
Every day I encounter potential clients who are very nonchalant about committing immigration fraud. The most common offense I come across is marrying a US Citizen (and often paying that citizen) for green card sponsorship. USCIS does investigate marriage cases and will conduct a home visit should a case cause suspicion. The penalty for committing immigration fraud? Up to 10 years in jail for the US citizen, deportation a permanent bar to EVER entering the US for the foreign national. Worth it? I say don't do it. https://www.justice.gov//nineteen-defendants-charged-marri
