SCHEDULE CHANGE ALERT *FRIDAY OCT 30 ONLY* Due to increased demand, Friday's 5:30pm class will now be a regular 2G class instead of a RunRow30 so that you can get those Hell Week classes in!

REMINDER Please be kind to your fellow members and only book 1 class per day. Keep in mind, the 8 hour cancellation policy will be in effect (no exceptions for rescheduling or double booking... Be on time! We will not allow any late entry into class and will move waitlisted members into class at that time.
