Your wellness is our priority! Our updated appointment process includes a few changes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation: 1. We ask that you complete all registration forms online as soon as you receive the registration email from us. This vital information helps us appropriately plan your appointment time. Not doing so may result in cancellation/modification of your appointment. 2. Please let us know when you have arrived for your appointment by calling our office at (404) 377-9395. We ask that you wait in your vehicle until your appointment begins. Once the prior patient has left and we have completed our thorough sanitization procedures, we will call you and welcome you in for your appointment. 3. Only bring someone with you if it is absolutely necessary (guardian, driver, etc.). No children will be allowed in the office unless they are the scheduled patient. 4. We will take your temperature when you arrive to ensure you do not have a fever above 100.4 degrees, per CDC guidelines. You will also be asked to wash your hands and use mouthwash when you arrive.
