We hope everyone has had a great & safe summer. As school starts back, we are praying for safety for teachers, staff & students. We know the school’s goal is to keep everyone safe. Our goal is to keep our staff & patients safe. Effective Monday, August 10th, we are requiring everyone who comes into the office to wear your mask. ... We are continuing to: *Ask pre-screening questions 2-3 days prior to your appointment. These must be answered before entering the office. *Take temperatures when you arrive for your appointment. *Only allow the patient in the treatment rooms. *Ask that if the patient is a child, only 1 family member accompany the child to the appointment & wait in the waiting room. Any other family members will need to wait outside or in your vehicle. *Call patients whose appointments were cancelled during the time we were closed & get those appointments rescheduled. Good afternoon! We wanted to take a moment to give our patients an update from the office. We are continuing to call patients whose appointments were cancelled ...between March 17th & May 6th to reschedule. If you have not received a call yet, you will be getting one soon. We do appreciate your patience. Our text & email confirmation system has been temporarily turned off. We have pre-screening questions that must be answered by each patient 2-3 days prior to your appointment. If these questions are not answered, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We do ask that if you or your family have traveled or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to please let us know. If you have an appointment, you are welcome to come into our office. Your temperature will be taken prior to going back. We are still asking that only the patient come in. If the patient is a child, one parent may come in and sit in the waiting room. Only the patient will be allowed to go back to the treatment room. Our priority is to keep our patients safe as well as our team members. Take care and stay safe. We look forward to seeing you soon!
