It’s been awhile since I’ve been on here. I just need to make a few announcements. We have moved! I am also working alone now with the exception I might have an assistant a couple days a week. With that being said I had to stop servicing a lot of areas that just became to far. We can only service Gainesville,oakwood,flowery branch, and north Forsyth/cumming area. And unfortunately due to the fact that I am currently the only groomer I have been way behind with my schedule. I... am finally getting caught up but with that being said school is right around the corner and that is going to be a big change. Announcement Due to the amount of inquiries we are receiving on a daily basis please contact us directly through text message for a faster response. HOLIDAY SCHEDULING Last year I learned the hard way how to handle the holidays. As crazy as this sounds PLEASE PLEASE take a look at your calendars. If you are wanting your pets to have a groom/bath for Thanksgiving/Christmas PLEASE let me know as soon as possible so I can make sure they are on our schedule. I am only in certain areas on certain days so I will not be able to make many changes at last minute this year due to the fact our schedule is very full. I just want to ensure everyone is clean and ready for the holidays! Thank you to all of our clients for the love an support!

Unfortunately the van did have to go back into the shop yesterday. They promised it would be done today but due to complications it’s probably not going to be done until tomorrow or Thursday. We know there’s a lot of fur babies that need to be groomed and we are tying our best to get back on the road. As Soon as we know I will reach out to everyone about getting on the schedule. To all of my clients I want to share this so I can try and help everyone understand. I have been silent all day for a reason. A reason that know will understand but me. But I did take down the page because We know how social media can get really ugly and things can turn very quickly. I just want to make a statement about the video that got posted of me this morning by one our clients and explain my side of the story so there can be an better understanding. The video that got ...posted did not show the whole incident. The dog that I went to groom this morning is one of my regulars. I have never had an issue with the dog until today. The dog was very aggressive and trying to bite me as I went to get it out of its kennel. I tried to consultant the dog but Once I couldn’t get the dog out the kennel I Reacted in a very poor way and then proceeded to walk out of the house. That’s is all the video shows. What the The video doesn’t show is that I went back to the house and I took a leash with me so I could try and get her out of the kennel. Once I got the loop around the dogs neck she walked right out of the kennel and let me pick her up and take her to the van. And she was perfectly fine. She was not scared and She was fine for the whole groom and I didn’t have any issues. . Now with that being said what I did was a poor decision on my part and I do not think what I did was acceptable. But I am human and we all make bad decisions in life. What I did was a MiSTAke! I have apologized to the owner and explained to her that I was having a really bad morning and I had a lot of personal stuff going on and I let it get the best of me. But that wasn’t good enough. Now with that being said a lot of things that are being said and the comments being made are very untrue. I can say in true confidence and my husband as my witness because he also works with me on a daily basis that I have never ever or will I ever abuse or hurt any animal. I’m not that type of person and never have been. I have been around animals my whole life and I truly love what I do. But I would like to say this I have a family and Because I made a mistake my family shouldn’t have to suffer. All these people going to the extent of trying to find out where we live and all of our personal information is outrageous. Things also being said that I abuse my kid is very untrue! I have built this business because of him And he is only five so if we lose everything because I made a mistake he is not going to understand. I have always been very honest and open about anything and everything to my clients. I’ll be more than happy to answer anyone’s questions or concerns. But I will not leave this page up to be threatened or for lies to be told. I love all of my clients and there furbabies like there my own. And I can’t not apologize enough for what I did. See more

Unfortunately our generator shut down on us today. We did take it straight to the shop but unfortunately with these generators nothing is a quick fix. As of right now we don’t have any answers other than we will not be able to work the rest of the week. We are supposed to have some more answer by tomorrow about the situation but until then all we can do is wait. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and we hope and pray that this problem will be resolved soon. Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding. This is a picture I was able to take of one our bi-weekly babies that we are baby sitting for two weeks while his parents are in Thailand. He’s bonding with our new baby L.B that we got two weeks ago.

It’s that time!!! Although we are going to miss you all and your wonderful furbabies we are off for the next week to relax.....no worries tho we will be back on Monday the 21st.All calls,text, and Facebook messages will be returned when we get back!
