IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL BCPS STUDENTS & PARENTS: All virtual and face-to-face students attending BCMS, BES, SGA and WPS, are required to return their Chromeb...ooks and the charging adapter assigned to them, to their school's media center, before the end of the school day, Friday, May 21st. All 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students can keep their devices over the summer unless otherwise instructed by the Technical Services Department. All 12th grade students must return their devices to the high school no later than tomorrow, Friday, May 21st, prior to graduation practice. Fines will be imposed on all devices that are damaged or not returned. The Burke County Public School System will not be accepting Valentine’s Deliveries this year. Please do not deliver or have a florist deliver any gifts to the s...chool. This year, Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday and schools will be closed on the Friday preceding Valentine’s Day for Winter Break. This decision was based on the DPH COVID-19 Guidance for Georgia K-12 Schools and School-Based Programs, to limit non-essential visitors and activities involving external groups or organizations.
