Our pastor, Loran Smith, continues to be out this week but hopes to return to the pulpit next Sunday. Please be in prayer for him as he goes in for a procedure on Monday morning. A question came up during our prayer time concerning Eddie Jones' scan that he had this week. Peggy says that he got the most positive result he's had in two years. Update on Loran Smith Doing about the same. They have changed his oxygen around .. Hard to figure out by his explanation.... thinking it maybe high flow oxygen !!! He is really hating the isolation . He said he might get to come home 1st of next week . Not sure if that is coming from him or the doctor . They still have Julia and she will be there for at least 2 more weeks ... Everyone at home is in isolation because one of the workers sent to the house (already sick) to help with Julia just developed Covid ..... So now their quarantine starts over. So far, Leta and Julia have been asymptotic. thanks for all the prayers and texts.

Update from Loran Smith He is still in the covid unit He sounds better this morning He has already gotten up and had physical therapy . He is worried about his heart rate it goes up to 130's with any activity. Dr has been in and said lungs sound better hoping for good results from the chest X-ray and ekg this morning. Not enjoying the isolation at all. ... LORAN we love you! And pray that you get better real soon so you can come home. See more

Another update: Loran has been moved again - from his regular patient room to the Covid unit. That’s two moves today. Keep the prayers going! We love you LORAN !

Update on our pastor Loran Smith. He has been moved out of ICU onto the main floor again. Still having some heart rhythm issues but they are trying treat with medication at this time. Please continue to pray for Loran, Leta and family. Send your prayers and love by text. He enjoys reading them.
