CRISIS STABILIZATION Two buildings designed to assist Adolescent and Adult Crisis Stabilization are almost 85% complete. The buildings are located on Hospital... Road next to the (Physical) Health Department. The facilities will be operated by Pathways Center, a premier behavioral health care organization which has been serving child, adolescent, and adult mental health and substance abuse issues in Coweta, Carroll, Heard, Meriwether, Troup and Spalding Counties for over 40 years.. The facilities will open later this year.
