Paulding County 4-H Archery

Great job by our Senior Compound team. They were one of the top teams and git to participate in the 3D and Field tours to see who goes to 4H Nationals. This is the first time Paulding has been represented in that part if the day. These guys literally made history!

Woo-hoo. Our portion of the 4H Virtual tournament is tomorrow from 12-2 at Governors. Can't wait to see our archers do great.

It appears the weather is going to give us a break for a while. Channel 2’s radar shows no rain for us til after 4pm. So we are going to try to get practice in. 145pm at the Outdoor Range. With all the rain the last couple of days, BRING YOUR RAIN BOOTS!!!!!!!! Watch your emails for updates. If anything changes I will send an email and a Remind.

Sunday was a great day for our first day back to practice. You guys did great maintaining social distancing. Our newbies did great, Coach Wendy and Coach Amber said you seemed to have a lot of fun and had a great attitude. A very special thanks to the Taylors, Gadsdens, Bloomfields and Brantleys for coming out last Saturday and helping with the range cleanup and layout. ... This year, our volunteers are SUPER IMPORTANT. See you guys on Sunday. We will have our special guests from the 4-H office again this week taking temps and administering the questionnaires. I would like to say a huge Thank You to Ms Mary Carol and Ms Ratasha for coming out in the heat this past weekend and helping us out.

This is a fun event. If you have never shot a Firld round it would be fun to see. If you would like to compete, you will need a USA Archery membership. Let me know if you qant more information.
