It is time to walk the walk! A very long fight to improve the conditions at the DeKalb Animal Facility. Next Tuesday, 4/23, the BOC is slated to vote on both a site and the funding attached to it, for a new shelter. ... This is the first step in making a new reality for the homeless, abandoned and abused pets in DeKalb. The very scary truth is that if 4 commissioners do not vote "yes" on the res...olution, WE LOOSE EVERYTHING! So we are back to square one.
