It’s been almost a full month and only a select few have picked up their shirts. I still have majority of these tshirts. Are you all still interested?

Today was a very bittersweet day, as we said See you later to our sweet Bonnie Renée. She has a new family now who already adore her and is spoiling her rotten. She already loves them too! She has a new human puppy to care for and watch over, and she’s already on top of her job! I’m very proud of Bon Bon for how quickly she warmed up to her new family. But gosh was it hard on this Momma’s heart. Thank the good Lord, we will always remain apart of her life, and she’s not too far from home. We will always love you sweet girl!

THIS is why I heavily screen the homes of potential adopters of MY babies!!! No way I’d let one of my hearts end up going through this kind of life. Unfortunately this is allll too common here in our community. STOP giving away your pets for free without screening people first!!! Stop breading unhealthy, untested, poor quality dogs who just end up having puppies used for this purpose!!! Those of you who do, are the problem!! My heart goes out to animals who live this life.

UPDATE: 1/16/21-SHE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!! As many of you know, I absolutely LOVE and have a deep passion for animals and the work that I do, and that I have a small zoo of my own. So most of you will feel the heartbreak that I am feeling having to type this post. It is with a VERY heavy heart and tremendous sadness that I must re-home my female dog due to my continued failing health. I can no longer physically care for all 12 animals myself, and my children are dealing with hea...lth issues themselves and are too overwhelmed to maintain the constant up keep alone. My other half also deployed shortly after my surgery, so I am the only adult in the home now. This has not been an easy decision to make or pill to swallow. This is Bonnie, who we believe is either a Shepherd or Malinois mix. There is a re-homing fee of $75 to ensure that she goes to a loving home. She will be 2 yrs. old in March. She has been fixed and is due for her new round of vaccinations. My son has done some basic obedience work with her. I have her medical records and training certificate to send with her. It is best that she be placed in a home without other pets. She bonded with my male cat, Oliver-who is also looking for a new home, but I’m unsure of how she will do with other cats. She has gotten along with 4 out of 5 of the other dogs in my pack. She does take some time to warm up to people, so she needs a place where her new family will be patient with her. She adores children ages 8+ who know how to properly handle and treat animals. I am unsure of how she would do around infants and toddlers. I hate to put a rush on this process, but I need her re-homed by the end of this month. I would love to to keep in contact with her new adopter, as my son is very attached to her and will miss her greatly. If he would be able to visit her, that would be even better. This is not easy on him.
