It’s easy to get lost in the homeruns, and RBI’s and stats...easy to get lost in watching our daughters make things happen on the field. But there is something ...super special when you see your kid, or any of the kids on the team, lifting one another up, straightening the crooked crowns of their teammates, being a positive force of energy in the dugout and on the field, and her realizing that at the end of the day, it is the PEOPLE beneath the jerseys that matter more, than even the score or the accolades. If your daughter is ‘this’ girl, then you’ve done a good job and she is proof of the amazingly empowering world of female athletics and just how much it really matters. TEAM>ME See more

They say all good things must come to an end. . . But we sure didn’t want it to. This group of young ladies played their hearts out last night and left a big p...art of themselves on this field that they love. We clawed and fought with pride and determination through 2 outstanding games with a well coached and extremely tough opponent. I have no regrets with how this group played. But on this night how well you played wasn’t enough. What a heart breaking and frustrating way for it to end. As in life, you do your best, you give your all but there will always be things YOU cannot control. In those times, your success is measured by how you react and how you grow from that wrong! Talk is cheap, wanting it more is admirable, but are you ready to pay the price - long hot summer practices, pushing yourself beyond the pain in the weight room, learning to LOVE the teammate beside you - even when some days you don’t really like them. Our theme for 2020 was Overcomeand that we did! Temperature checks and covid questions, quarantined (more than once), youth and inexperience, one of the toughest region schedules around, hot humid South Georgia days, rain and hurricanes - These Lady Bears Overcame!! Region Champions 11-0, Elite 8!! Makayla Pitts you had an amazing senior year! Love you! You led this team to the bitter end! To those folks who packed the stands, watched our award winning NFHS team broadcasts, or who just took the time to show you were following the team and cared - Thank you! Our opponents and their fans are always amazed at the atmosphere and enthusiasm of PC Nation! No place better to play! Families of the players - Thank you for all you do- the food, snacks, drinks and support are appreciated!! Most of all thank you for trusting your little girls to us and supporting us in molding, scolding and loving them like our own! Coach Rogers and Coach Whit I couldn’t do it without you!
