This amazing lady starts teaching THIS Sunday and we couldn’t be more excited to take her class! An ex personal trainer, Cindy has been a natural since she first stepped to the front of the yoga room, and she’s a wealth of fitness knowledge. She has been a regular student in class and a huge part of our yoga community since she strolled in to the studio just over a year ago.
