Greetings!!!!! We are happy to announce that we will be opening our doors to see patients on May 18th at our Duluth, Snellville, and Bethlehem offices! We are very excited and can’t wait to see all of you!!!! We have made some necessary changes for the safety and well being of everyone, as we return to treating patients in the presence of Covid-19. These changes are evolving each day and we ask your patience with us as we guide our way through.... Here are a few of the changes we have made. Our front desk staff will review these changes with you as they speak with you individually but we wanted to give you a quick overview! 1. Patients (and household members) will be pre-screened for COVID-19 related symptoms. Our team will also be screened daily for the same symptoms. 2. Only the child with an appointment and parent will be allowed to accompany them. 3. Adults please bring a face mask or covering with you, and expect to see all of our team members in full protective gear. 4. We will greet you upon your arrival and review our new policies with respect to Covid-19. 5. All toys, magazines, brochures and other hard to clean items have been removed. You are welcome to bring your child’s tablet or favorite toy with them. 6. We are limiting the number of patients we are scheduling and staggering appointments, so that we can appropriately clean and disinfect all areas and maintain social distancing among patients in the office. At this time, our Gainesville office will remain closed. We are closely monitoring daily new cases of Covid-19 in this area and will open when we feel we can safely treat patients. We will still be available for emergency needs. We are committed to the safety of our patients, their families and our team! We will make whatever changes necessary, as the situation evolves to provide the safest environment for all of our patients to receive their dental care! Happy Monday!!!! We have decided to remain closed for this upcoming week. After careful consideration of the latest CDC and government recommendations, we feel as though this is the best decision. We are available for emergency dental care. We want to help flatten the curve and slow the progression of this illness in our community. Our office is a safe environment and we are proud of our daily infection control, but at this time, the fewer people that are out and about the be...tter. We are here if you need us!
