Hi Everybody! Hope everyone is doing well As most have heard, the governor has announced that gyms may reopen tomorrow. Many are concerned about opening businesses too early while there are still active cases of Covid19. Penn Station Gym has always operated with a unique business model of private one on one personal training sessions. For this reason, we will begin booking appointments tomorrow while maintaining best practices of social distancing, hand washing and disinfecting equipment surfaces. I’m doing FaceTime or outdoor sessions as well. Let’s get moving!
