Some of the assisted and independent living facilities are asking them to stay in their rooms for their safety and to minimize contact of spreading the virus. This is how you can help! 1. When you head out to the store, ask a senior neighbor, friend, or relative if they have a list of groceries o...r medicine that can be picked up. 2. Reach out and give them a call to check on them and listen to their concerns, many are isolated, they would love to hear from you. 3.
