The candidate will perform paralegal and administrative duties in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation, due diligence, closing and post closing activities for real estate acquisitions, finance, leasing, and construction projects. Qualifications The qualified candidate will be a Notary Public, and have a Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate, with 5 years experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment. In this position, experience in commercial real estate transactions, including experience with leasing, construction and development projects, is required.
