Do you ever smell something and instantly experience a rush of emotions? You’re suddenly standing in a distant memory. Remember when you thought you were okay until someone mentioned something that triggered a memory? Thus reminding you that the pain is still there. Those triggers bring you back to a place. Not necessarily a painful place but a place that is carrying a lot of feelings and stories.... is one of my favorites to receive and perform. We carry these little points in our bodies that are holding sensations, restrictions, and pain and all that is sent to other areas of the body. Not only can a point in your chest be causing you pain in a nearby neck muscle, but that very same point can be holding on tightly to a memory. Releasing these points and clearing that energetic path alleviates pain and also helps you release memories that no longer benefit you. For me, New York City became a trigger. I couldn’t watch movies shot there. Seeing a bicycle messenger? Instant panic attack. Someone once said ‘treehouse’ and I cried so hard. Those triggers released all this pain and happiness and sadness and fear that was stuck inside me. Those moments in my life brought me back to the day I lost my Tio. I mention this today because I’ve had clients recently that have lost someone. Y’all trust me in your darkest, heaviest, and saddest times. It’s an honor to hold this space. It is my heart’s work to break through whatever you are experiencing. You never need to share with me if you are not comfortable but, please know, your body is talking and I’m listening. Let’s break through shit -Natalie See more

friendly reminder: wear your fucking masks Sweet souls, wearing a mask is a sign of respect for other beings. You feel me? Apparently we had a visitor yesterday that refused to get lasers pointed at them, crumbled up the mask we gave them, and refused our health screening altogether. They didn’t make it inside. Please do not put my team in danger or in awkward situations.... We are being careful. Our entire team gets tested weekly and we follow strict protocols. Don’t mess this up for everyone. Covid is STILL a thing. We don’t get to decide when it’s over. See more

Magikal Masks Dearest clients, patients, and supporters of PWC, ... We are counting on you. Only you know if you are being responsible. You must understand the risks associated with not being safe. I ask you to cancel your appointment if you have not been social distancing or wearing a mask diligently. I value life and I believe in science. Please do your part because at the end of the day, we are a unit and this unit will only move forward if we do it together. Phoenix Wellness Center has reopened Masks are required at all times. Health screening will occur prior to entering the wellness center. ... Everyone must wash their hands with soap and water in the restroom. We are no longer using towels in our restrooms. We are providing you with paper towels that will be composted on a weekly basis. Faucet and soap dispensers are all automatic now. At the front desk you will find a large plexiglass divider between you and our front caretakers. Sweet, huh? Clean pens on the left. Used pens on the right. All of Phoenix’s Magik Makers will be masked. During skincare services, estheticians will wear a mask AND face shield. Clients will also have a plexiglass barrier around their heads. Massage therapists will be masked but they will also wear a face shield when working on your shoulders, neck, and face. That plexiglass barrier that I mentioned above? You’ll also have one of these around your head. Neat! Hand washing has ALWAYS been our jam. We now ask YOU to make it your jam, too. Floats! Everything will be the same except we are asking that you bring your own towel from home. If you forget, it’s absolutely not a problem. Our beautiful Cloud Room remains. Room dividers and masks will allow you to return to your body and hold onto the stillness a little longer. Be responsible. Social distance. Use face masks. Limit your time out of the house. Empty parks and nature are ALWAYS a great idea. Don’t forget to use your masks. Cover your nose and mouth. Both. At the same time. Wash your hands. Do not touch your face. Do not lick your fingers. Vote. Resist. Black Lives Matter. Love, light, and all the good things, Natalie See more

Change starts at the local level. Get out and VOTE because we CAN and WILL change laws and policies. You have to put in the work. Nothing will change if you’re sitting at home not fighting the good fight. You need to speak up and there’s no louder way than voting.

I am uncomfortable with the black squares taking over social media. Many folks that NEVER SAY A WORD or speak out against injustices have shared a black square. That can’t be your only contribution. If you’re normally SILENT, this is your time to SCREAM. Shock your family and friends and SCREAM ... BLACK LIVES MATTER You need to call these people out and shine the spotlight on them. We don’t want looting. We don’t want violence. We don’t want war. WE WANT JUSTICE! We want Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao to be arrested and charged for the murder of George Floyd. Happy Saturday and hello sunshine! When writing my business plan I didn’t account for a pandemic. My business can only survive if it’s close to full capacity. With this in mind, I am working around the clock to make Phoenix Wellness Center as safe as possible. Safe to my standards because those are high AF. ... Although things may feel and look a little different, it’s all done for the safety of our team and the community. Cannot wait to see y’all again. Love, light, and squeezes Natalie See more

Quick version: PWC wants to hold a blood drive but we need to have a minimum of 50 people interested in donating. Message me if you are interested with your name, phone number, and email address. Our space is equipped to offer this service, while maintaining privacy and a hella amount off social distancing. Long version: We are interested in sponsoring a blood drive with the American Red Cross. By hosting a blood drive, Phoenix Wellness Center will demonstrate its commi...tment to community health needs while helping to ensure that an adequate blood supply is available at all times for anyone who needs it. Also, by holding a blood drive, we are hoping to offer the community a more convenient blood donation opportunity. Giving blood is safe, simple and helps save lives. Each pint of blood that is donated may be helping as many as three patients. The American Red Cross is the largest single provider of blood in the United States. They provide blood to approximately 2,600 hospitals across the country. With approximately 36,000 units of red cells needed every day across the country; patients count on the generosity of volunteer donors to give them a chance at life. If you are at least 17 years old or 16 years old with a signed Red Cross parental/guardian consent form where state permits, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in good health, you may be eligible to give blood. High school students and other donors 18 years old and younger must also meet other height and weight requirements. We would like to determine the level of interest in inviting the American Red Cross into Phoenix Wellness Center. If you would be interested in donating blood, please direct message us with your name, phone number and email address. We will let you know when a blood drive is scheduled. Thank you in advance for helping to save lives! See more
