We are open, but are operating under different circumstances. We are solely by appointments made by phone prior to the approved and designated time frame. We are unfortunately having to be selective on repairs, as some parts are becoming increasingly difficult to ship in. We appreciate due diligence in our customers taking the precautions set in place by C.D.C. and Federal Government, but ask that you clean your device thoroughly with alcohol prior to drop off. Also all drop ...offs are made at the door and customers will only be permitted to enter the store at time of completion when making payment. We are limiting our capacity to three(3) people max in the store lobby at any given time, this includes our technician, decreasing the limit of customers to two (2) at a time (only at time of payment). Currently we are still open Tuesday-Friday 10a-6p, but are only accepting repairs with previously established or scheduled appointments. All appointments must be set an hour in advance, no exceptions. Repairs are limited to same day repairs (iPhones, Virus Removal/PC Speed-Up, and a few others), no exceptions. We also ask, on behalf of my newborn son, that if you are unwell or sick do not come in. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate your cooperation on slowing the spread. The last few days have been exhausting, I am very thankful for the patience and support from our Phone Surgeon’s patrons. We are proud to announce that little William Jaxson Faulk III, arriving 3 weeks and 1 day early, is doing well and is very healthy. We will be taking one more day to get situated with our new addition to the family and be open for business again on Tuesday. Thank you for understanding and having patience.
