Hey Piedmont Fam, we have some "not so fun" news to share. Recently, four Piedmont team members tested positive for Covid-19. For now, these team members are not experiencing severe symptoms and we feel positive that that they will get through their quarantine time and come back healthy. It does appear that these team members contracted Covid-19 over the last week when we were experiencing increased crowds during the holiday season. Losing these four team members to Covi...d-19 quarantine protocol has drastically reduced our workforce. As such, starting Sunday, January 3rd, we will need to transition back to Curbside Delivery / To-Go only. We expect this transition to only last until Friday, January 8th. This gives us time for the remainder of our staff to be properly tested as well as to give us time to build our staff numbers back up as people begin to come out of quarantine. Here is what we know as of today: * Starting tomorrow (Sunday January 3rd), PBK's dining room will be closed - Curbside Delivery / To-Go and Meal Delivery Services Only * We will reopen the upstairs dining room on Friday, January 8th; this gives us time to have all remaining staff properly tested, as well as to (hopefully) gain back some of our staff after their quarantine periods are over. * Upon reopening, we will not be able to accommodate parties larger than 10 persons. * Upon reopening (and for the near future), we will ask all patrons to wear face coverings upon entry into the restaurant, while waiting for a table, while going to the restroom, etc). We realize that it is not possible to wear a mask while eating/drinking at your table, but please wear your mask when interacting with your server. * We will be offering our full brunch menu for Curbside Delivery / To-Go on Sunday (brunch not available thru meal delivery services such as GrubHub, DoorDash, etc.) * Canned beer is available for all Curbside / To-Go Orders (alcoholic beverages not available thru meal delivery services such as GrubHub, DoorDash, etc.) * Hours will be temporarily changed to 11 am til 8pm This is a major bummer, but we realize that it is the best thing for us to do for the safety of everyone!

This NEIPA was kettle-soured to a pleasant tartness and boiled with milk sugar to develop a residual sweetness. We refermented the beer on buckets and buckets of pineapple and blood orange puree. We then added vanilla and a heavy handed dry-hopping of Azacca, Sabro and Wai-iti. . Halloween Special Beer Release . We have been working behind the scenes on this special release for a couple of months now. We partnered with @satria13day to create this dope can art. When we saw the art we were blown away . This art is just too good to use on just one beer label.........so we are hittin' ya with a double drop of big a$$ beers for Halloween. . Here's what we brewed:... Satan, Laughing, Spreads His Wings Russian Imperial Stout - this 10% stout features bold flavors and aromas of fresh roasted coffee beans and rich cocoa nibs. A monster imperial stout with medium-heavy body that finishes slightly dry with a pleasant alcohol warmth. Satan, Laughing, Spreads His Wings Triple NEIPA - this 10% juice bomb features a grist bill loaded with flaked wheat and oats to produce a pillowy body. Mosaic and Samba hops on the hot side with a truly scary amount of Azacca, Sabro and Strata used in the dry hopping. This beer features juicy aromas of over-ripe nectarines, big citrus and dank passion-fruit. . These beers will release on draft and in mixed 4 packs at 5pm on Friday, October 30th. Both draft and cans will be EXTREMELY limited.......so if these kinda beers are your kinda bag then get 'em sooner than later! . Loaded down with tangerines, pomegranates and cranberries.... 4.0% ABV / 10 IBUs . Futures Hazy Pale Ale Juicy without the overpowering sweetness. A hint of dank earthiness and hard candy. Nice body.
