We live cultured the carrots in our spicy kimchi and sauerkraut brine, making them tangy, probiotic, and delicious. The beans are #fermented with traditional #masala pickling spices and our kimchi brine. Both of these are going to be the superstar on your game day blood Mary. So crunchy it's hard not to eat the whole jar! We'll also have our sauerkrauts a...nd new wild cultured fig mustard. Brand new Hot Jalapeno splashin' sauce making its debit tomorrow morning at all markets! Y'all wiped us out of the pear kimchi but don't worry, tomorrow we'll have Watermelon Rind Kimchi.
