C-sections come up in discussion often with clients and while teaching workshops. Do they matter when it comes to pelvic health? Absolutely! 100% Do you massage your scar?... If not, you can be at risk for the three issues Lynn speaks about in this video. 1.) Bladder frequency 2.) Pain with intercourse 3.) Low back pain These issues can surface years down the road due to this scar tissue attaching to its surroundings. Freeing up this scar tissue can help. It doesn't matter how long it's been since your c-section. You can still get the benefits from massaging it. We talk a lot about how the diaphragm descends on the inhale pushing the organs south. Cool video to watch and practice deep breathing. Remember to relax the pelvic floor on the inhale!
