We are getting ready to start opening back up full-time... I'm going to need two new employees to make this happen. Anybody want to come play with me and the crew? Anyway I am up here early today and I am going to open the doors for lunch at noon and sell slices and salad... I don't have any help so I'm not answering telephones and I haven't changed the computer system hours over so everything is in house ordering... If you've ever visited one of my stores with your kids you know that I try and take an extra minute to come out to play a little with them and from time to time have invited them into the kitchen to actually help make their Pizza...

Perspective week.... I don't think we could have started off any slower but it was nice getting back to normal hours... Friday and Saturday came like a hurricane and we saw back-to-back record days... We sold 17 gluten-free pizzas so it looks like something that I'm going to continue to try and build... Closed on Sunday as usual but already looking forward to getting open again on Monday and seeing everyone and seeing our lunch continue to come back to life!!! So I brought the hydration level on the gluten-free up to 92% today... The pizza is really super light and airy today... We've been throwing a lot of gluten-free product away so I would appreciate help spreading the word if you know of any gluten-free pages to share my post... If we don't start moving more of the product then we will be removing it from the menu
