NEW POLICY IN EFFECT! We have had an abundance of people in the past not show up for appointments more than once. We have racked our brains trying figure out the best way to save ourselves from this, and with that we’ve decided to start a new policy that will go into effect immediately. No shows will be charged a non refundable booking fee to schedule appointments in the future, and, after the third no show, will not be allowed to schedule an appointment at Plains Parlour. ...The booking fee price will be based on the service, and this is to ensure our time isn’t completely wasted. When you make an appointment for a service and do not let us know in advance you’re not coming we have a block of time that is essentially wasted. We don’t deserve, nor can afford to lose money due to someone’s lack of consideration. A phone call or a text is a simple way to allow us to fill the appointment. On the other hand, we do know emergencies happen, sickness happens, and life isn’t always planned, so please don’t hesitate to let us know if you can’t make an appointment and we will reschedule you to the best of our ability.
