THE CLUB IS CLOSED FROM 5/31 THROUGH 6/3 for the June Sectional, held at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia, 4355 Ashford-Dunwoody Rd., across the street from Perimeter Mall same location as the Labor Day regional. A great site. Every day there will be treats including a Baked Potato Bar between sessions on Sunday. One important part of the hospitality plan is a special arrangement to help meet the large Food and Beverage Guarantee to the hotel and at the same time provide something... for the players. Each morning the DBAA will sell $5 coupons good at the concession stand. They will be sold to players for $3 so the players will get a $2 benefit and the hotel will apply $ 5 to the guarantee. The DBAA is doing this in lieu of raising entry fees. Please take advantage of the benefit and help the tournament. Jack has negotiated a reduced rate on hotel parking from $14 to $4. However, players are strongly urged to carpool because getting in and out of the garage takes extra time if everyone drives over singly. Note from the hotel to get the special parking rate: - The Parking pre-paid station will be set outside pre-function daily from 11:45 am till 1 pm. - Guests can also go to the bellstand at any time to purchase discounted parking tickets - Attendants will be stationed at parking gate Thursday and Friday starting at 5:15 pm and also direct traffic from the parking garage - Guests staying at the hotel will have parking attached to their rooms keys.
