The Punchlist Handyman

I installed new faucets for a client in the kitchen and master bathroom after they had granite countertops installed. The plumbing had to also be reworked some to accommodate for the different positions of the drains.

I made needed repairs to a clients front porch. Also had to beef up the under structure some. The client said they’d finish up the job with repainting the porch.

I installed a new microwave, stove and dishwasher for a client the other day. I also changed out three lock sets and replaced the guts in a running toilet for them.

I had an inspectors repair list for a homeowner to take care of this morning. I removed an existing ceiling fan and replaced it with a new one. There were 2 faulty AFCI circuit breakers that I replaced with new ones. And I also had to replace a couple of smoke detectors.... Simple things that were requested to be repaired. A satisfied repeat client. They had a fence they wanted a gate installed into. Two poles in concrete and a gate later, affixed the fence to the poles and they now have easy access through into their back yard wooded area. Need something like this done? Contact me...

Another satisfied client. The old post and mailbox were falling apart. Also they weren’t at the proper height, 12 too low. I dismantled the old one. Installed a new post, at the proper USPS height and installed the new mailbox.

This pantry had a bifold door on it. I took the door down and all the trim and replaced it with a regular door. I then added the can rack to the inside of the door. More utilized storage space now.
