We are so happy to share with you that we celebrated our 7th anniversary on April 1st! Dr. Zarandy, our resident craft and creative arts Queen, created this beautiful cake. We are so thankful to all of the people who have supported our practice, so proud of the care we have been able to provide for our patients and members of our community, and so grateful to our staff and fellow PMC family members. Our goal is to continue to contribute to the health and wellness of each and every person we come in contact with.

Turmeric is a powerful root that has been used for over 2500 years in India. It is a member of the ginger family and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.... antiviral antibacterial antiparasitic helps with pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis also helps with skin conditions like eczema. Important thing to Note Research has found that consuming black pepper with turmeric (curcumin) increases its bioavailability. I use the dried turmeric powder in my cooking daily in vegetables and lentils , rice pulavs and curries. I also use the root as a pickle with the white turmeric. #turmeric #ginger #vegan #organic #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthy #turmericbenefits #natural #skincare #health #turmericlatte #ayurveda #antiinflammatory #wellness #plantbased #curcumin #turmericmask #healthyliving #food #turmericpowder #garlic #homemade #cinnamon #spices #cbd #turmerictea Fresh turmeric pickle recipe This is one of the simplest turmeric pickle made with Just three ingredients turmeric orange and yellow also called mango ginger root 3 large roots each lemon juice 1 LIME salt to taste There is no cooking involved To make this pickle . 1.
