It’s that time of year again! Included is a photo of ideas! We are participating in Operation Christmas Child again! Our goal is to fill 20 boxes for these wonderful kiddos! ... You can drop items by the salon, bring them to your appointment or monetary donations if you would like!!

We have had a lot of questions about wearing a mask and changes within the guidelines of re-opening. Per State Board of Barbers and Cosmetology within the first two pages it is stated twice that employees are required to wear a mask at all times! It is recommended that customers wear one and obviously it is up to each shop if they require one or not. I just wanted to clear the air for our salon/customers and our current regulations! Long read but worth it! With opening Friday we have some new rules and recommendations in place to help keep you guys and us safe! -Appointment customers only, if you need to make/cancel/reschedule an appointment please call. -If you still do not feel safe/comfortable coming in during this time please let us know in a timely manner and we will schedule you for a later date.... -If you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms or been positive or have symptoms or been positive yourself. PLEASE reschedule! -If you have traveled in the last 21 days (some people have to for work). PLEASE reschedule! -Please no friends or family who do not have an appointment. -Immediately wash hands upon entering. Wash for no less than 20 seconds with soap! -Wait in your car until your appointment time if you arrive early, this helps lessen the amount of people in the shop at one time. -If you are receiving a pedicure, please wear comfortable slip on shoes that do not touch your toes. You will not be able to sit and wait after your appointment for more than a few minutes. -Please let your technician know which polish you would like and we will get it for you. This just lowers the amount of people handling items in the shop. -We encourage you to wear a mask and do not touch your face. -We encourage you to not be on your phones during your appointment as they can carry a lot of germs. We have removed all magazines, tissue boxes, etc to help with contact items that could be in our salon. We also printed some songs you can sing while washing your hands We appreciate you all and are excited to be back. Health and wellness is our top concern! We will all get through this together!

Per Governor Kemp we can open back up APRIL 24th! Yay!! We will still be using the same precautions as before: -Wash hands immediately when entering the salon -No extra people in the salon, appointment customers only! ... -We encourage you to wear a mask -We will be doing extra precautionary cleaning and disinfectant measures! Hey guys! What a wild few weeks this has been. We miss you all so much but unfortunately it’s going to be a few more weeks. Governor Kemp has extended the ordinance until April 30th at 11:59pm which means we can open back up on May 1st. Your technician will be contacting you to reschedule appointments until after that date! ... the girls at Polished
