No Veteran ever signed up to serve their county only to find themselves homeless, yet we have over 3,000 homeless Veterans in the State of Georgia. Cherokee Co...unty Homeless Veteran Program along with Veterans Empowerment Organization, both 501c non-profit organization that support our Veterans have teamed up to put on a benefit concert on Saturday April 7th in Woodstock GA at the Northside Hospital Cherokee Amphitheater. We are looking to have a great time and we will also be announcing the world premier of Charlie’s Christmas a movie about a rescue dog and a Homeless Veteran that was filmed here in Cherokee County over the past couple of months that will be released to 1,000 movie theaters this coming Veterans day. The movie stars Tim McGraw, Dirk Benedict, Gary Sinise. The concert will also be the last scene of the movie so you might see one of the stars there. Thank you for your service.
