Atencion a todos los pacientes y Padres de Potts Pediatrics! Queremos dejarles saber que estamos abiertos y aqui para ustedes y sus hijos durante este epidemia del COVID-19. Hemos hecho varios cambios en nuestra oficina para la seguridad de sus hijos. Hemos cerrado nuestra sala de espera. Todos los pacientes enfermos entraran por la puerta al frente, y los pacientes que llegan por su fisico anual/ chequeo fisico entraran por la puerta de atras. Tenemos cuartos designados pa...ra los enfermos y para los chequeos. Dejaran su numero de telefono con la recepcionista y esperaran en su caro. La recepcionista la llamara para dejarle saber a que cuarto entrar cuando este listo. 1.) Sabemos que los chequeos fisicos y las vacunas son vitales y importantes para el cuidado preventivo de sus hijos. Hemos preparado protocolos separados para todos los chequeos fisicos. Deberian entrar por la puerta de atras. Tenemos cuartos separados para estas visitas. Ambos padres pueden estar presentes para estas citas. 2.) Si su hijo esta enfermo y no puede traerlo a la oficina, estamos tomando mensajes por telefono y haremos todo lo possible para evaluar a sus hijos y contestar sus preguntas usando Telemedicine. El gobierno ha aprobado diferentes reglas para las cuentas de estos procedimientos durante este tiempo. 3.) Todos los pacientes enfermos que necesitan ser atendidos en la oficina esperaran en su carro hasta que la recepcionista los llame por telefono para informarles a que cuarto entrar. Solo un Padre puede entrar en el cuarto con el paciente. Su hijo sera evaluado para calentura y nivel de oxigeno inmediatamente. Si su hijo tiene calentura muy Alta, tos, y dificultad para respirar por favor dejarle saber al personal antes de venir y no entre en la oficina! Precauciones separadas deben ser tomadas. Si alguien ha viajado fuera del pais o ha estado cerca de alguien que ha sido diagnosticado con COVID-19 por favor notificarnos inmediatamente. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para proteger no solo a los pacientes sino tambien a nuestros empleados y comunidad. Attention all Patients and Parents of Potts Pediatrics! We want you to know we are open and are here for you and your children during this COVID-19 outbreak. We have made several changes to our practice policy for the safety of your children. We have closed our waiting rooms. We will be taking all sick patients in the front door and all well check ups in the back door. We have separate designated rooms and halls for sick and well. You will leave your cell number with the rec...eptionist and return to your car. One parent at a time at the reception window. The receptionist will call you and let you know when your room is ready. Knowing well check ups and vaccines are important for your child’s preventive care, we have set up a separate protocol for all well checks. We have separate doors, rooms and halls for these visits. Both parents are allowed in the room for these appointments. If your child is sick and you can not bring your child in the office, we are taking phone messages and will do our best to evaluate and treat your child using Telehealth. The government is allowing different billing policies for this procedure during this time. We are here for you to help in any way we can. All sick patients that need to be seen in the office will wait in your car until you are called to a room on your cell phone. Only one parent will be allowed in the exam room with your child. Your child will be evaluated for fever and pulse ox immediately. If your child has a high fever, cough and difficulty breathing, please inform the staff immediately and do not bring your child in the office. Separate precautions are being taken. If anyone has been out of the country or been around someone with COVID-19, please notify us immediately. We are doing everything we can to protect our patients, providers, staff and community. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. We appreciate you all and are praying for you and our country during this time.

Update on COVID-19 outbreak for our practice! We are open and are here to take care of our patients. Please stay calm! Please read the following temporary changes in our office policies during this time:... It is our goal to keep everyone as safe as possible. 1. All sick patients will come in the front door. If a room is available you will go directly to the room. If a room is not available, you will leave your cell phone number and wait in your car until your room is available. (This is to avoid the waiting room) Please be patient. 2. All well check-ups will come in the back door. We have rooms designated for well check ups only. If one of the rooms are available you will go straight to the room. Otherwise, you will leave your cell phone number and sit in your car. We will call you when your room is ready. Most importantly, please notify us immediately if your child has a high fever, cough and difficulty breathing. We have a special protocol for those patients. It is our goal to keep everyone as separated and safe as possible. This is our plan to avoid crowds. Please be patient. We love all of our patients and are here to serve you the best we can. Happy Thanksgiving! Safe travels and special time with your loved ones. Below is a list of our holiday hours: November 27 8:45-12:00 in our Fayetteville office. We will be closed 1:45-5.(Our Hampton office will be open for the afternoon) November 28 and 29 both offices closed for Thanksgiving. Open Saturday 8:45-12 on November 30 at the Fayette office . ... December 6 we are only open 8:45-12 at both offices. We will be closed for the afternoon on December 6 at both offices to celebrate Christmas with our office staff and show them our appreciation. Open December 24 8:45-12:00 and closed December 25. Open December 31 8:45-12:00 and closed January 1,2020. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our wonderful families! Hope you all are enjoying the new Fayette office! We appreciate each and every one of you. Labor Day weekend Friday, August 30 , our Fayetteville office will be the only office open. Our Hampton office will be closed. Our Fayetteville office will also be open Saturday 9-12 for your convenience. Both offices will be closed Monday September 2, 2019.
