They taught me to respect those in uniform, because they go out every day to defend our freedom.... . "We go together like hot chocolate and marshmallows." . . . I am so thankful for the chance I had to go back home and make 125 of these little guys.... Yes. You heard that right. 125 cookies in four days for all of my sophomore nursing students!! We've been busily passing them out today as an early Christmas present to them and as a congratulations for finishing their first semester of clinicals!! As I get ready to travel home to visit with my family for a much needed break, I find myself looking back on these last couple of months. Double double toil and trouble, Fire burn and cauldron bubble . . .... Happy Halloween y'all! I don't get into this particular day much, but can I just tell y'all how much I enjoyed making these witch cookies?? I didn't know what I was going to make at first, but as soon as I found the eyeballs in my sprinkle stash, I knew a cauldron would be in the mix. The only cookie cutter I had was a small round one for the eyes, so I had to hand cut the other two!
