PRAXIS3 is proud to have completed CrossFit Graphene, located in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. This 3,700 sqft gym is not your average rugged raw crossfit gym located in a mixed-use multifamily high-rise development. The design strives to elevate the crossfit experience with individual shower rooms, and consultation space. The client wanted to bring a more hospitality feel that impacts human health and wellbeing, through open-air storefront openings, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind for a unique experience. PRAXIS3 is committed to improving human health and wellbeing through the built environment. Contact us to see what we can do for you.

PRAXIS3 is sharing a few new photos of our newly completed Glencastle re-use project in Atlanta. The Historic Tax Credit project includes the Stockade, built in 1895. The building, among the most historically important in the city, is being positioned as creative offices. We have worked closely with the Georgia State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the National Park Service to verify that these sensitive historic renovations meet all Tax Credit standards. Historic Tax Credits can save owners substantial amounts of money and help to preserve our important heritage.

The PRAXIS3 team is thankful for the opportunity to have assisted Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC), the Board of Regents, and GSFIC on the recently completed Carlton Center renovation and new Fine Arts Building. The college occupies an important role nationally in the realm of agricultural education and serves one of the most important economic sectors in the state of Georgia. The campus sites are unique with the Carlton Center located close to the center of camp...us. Carlton is transformed into a 21st-century student services center whose program includes a campus bookstore, student and faculty media offices, studios, the school radio, periodical, newspaper, the financial aid office, and registrar as well as student study areas and the central library reduced in size. The Fine Arts building is the last building along ABAC’s historic Sweet Heart Circle and is prominently sited at the entrance to campus. Designed in association with JMA, the layout prioritizes indirect natural light for painting studios, includes a computer design lab, a keyboard instruction classroom, individual instrument practice spaces, a rehearsal space for the ABAC band, and a choir rehearsal and recital space.
