We are giving our staff a well deserved extended weekend to refuel and spend time with loved ones! The office will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will resume normal operating hours Monday, December 28th but don't fret! We do have a provider on call when we are away from the office if you should need us. We are wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season!

We are grateful for YOU! We know this year has been rough. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to care for your family and sticking with us through all the challenges Covid-19 has presented. We are so thankful for this community! No matter what your Thanksgiving looks like this year, we hope it is filled with love. Unfortunately this virus has a long and complicated incubation period.
