Practiced some social distancing today getting this rental cleaned up. It gets a new roof Monday and our first renter Wednesday.

Our project at 1870 Central Avenue is finished and looks great! We converted this 2bd/1ba cottage into a fully furnished AirBnB. The first renter moves in tomorrow!
