Pure Barre Woodstock we have some fantastic news! Catherine has been working hard behind the scenes, and she is officially the newest member of our Pure Barre Teaching Team. Make plans to join her for her first class this Saturday at 8:30am! Here's a little bit more about Catherine: "I’ve lived in 5 different states since college, all across the Southeast and finally settled here in Woodstock with my husband and our pets. I’m a huge sports fan and love all things Atlanta United and Clemson Tigers. I’ve been part of Pure Barre Woodstock since January 2020 and cannot wait to share my love for Pure Barre with all of our members!"

Have you ever heard your teacher say "shaking muscles are changing muscles"? In Pure Barre Classic, we use isometric or very small range strength training to quickly and efficiently fatigue each major muscle group in the body. When the muscles fatigue at any certain length, the muscle fibers start to fire at different rates, which causes the shaky appearance and feel during class. Make it your goal to let your muscles shake each and every class!

Milestone Alert Jill hit her 100 class milestone this morning in our 6:00am class! She has been a member of PBW since December with a goal of making this milestone before the end of April. And Jill has done just that!! She has been showing up for herself every day, sometimes even twice a day. We couldn’t be anymore proud of her!! Jill, we are now cheering you on to your 250 milestone!!

Hands on Corrections and Hands on Challenges are coming back into the studio starting Saturday... and our entire teaching team CANNOT WAIT! Our Pure Barre teachers are trained to adjust your body slightly to make sure you are working safely but also working in your most challenging position. Ready to take the challenge for HOCs? There will be a green band at your spot on the barre- the green band tells your teacher you want to be corrected and challenged! Not ready quite yet for HOCs?
