Putnam County Board of Elections and Registration

Today is the last day of advance voting! If you do not vote today your next chance will be on Tuesday, January 5 at your polling place. Call the BER office if you are unsure of where your Election Day polling place is located.

We will be scanning absentee ballots tomorrow, December 31st. beginning at 10:00 am in the BER storage room. Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome.

Advance voting is still open this week! Polls will close on Thursday, December 31st at 5:00 pm. Don't miss out on your chance to cast your ballot before Election Day!

Advance voting is open out at the Putnam County Administration Building. Voting will be open from 8-5 all this week, Monday-Wednesday of next week, and Monday-Thursday of the following week.

There is a statewide recount of the 2020 Presidential race beginning tomorrow at 9:00 am. For Putnam County we will be performing Logic and Accuracy Testing on the scanner to be used in the recount beginning at 9:00 am tomorrow. There will be no counting of votes until 9:00 am on Monday, November 30. The public is welcome to come and observe L&A Testing and the recounting of votes, all activities will be in the Board of Elections and Registration Office in the Putnam County Courthouse.
