Dear all Ray’s value customer, we are excited to let you all know that we will be re-open next Thursday April 30th same business hour from 5AM-3PM Monday-Sunday. We would like that everyone will still follow the CDC’s guideline of social distancing 6 ft apart for your own safety along other customer and our staff. Hello, my name is Daniel Seng, and I help manage the Facebook page for Ray’s Donuts Lawrenceville. First of all, I want to say I am very proud of my parents and my wife for their dedication and hard work on this store from the reconstruction of the old Gwinnet Diner to running the shop day to day, it really makes my heart grow larger like donuts being raised from the yeast. I am proud that my dad who has been in this business for over 20 years and still makes an effort to m...ake delicious donuts throughout the night and is now teaching a new generation of future bakers how to make donuts. I am also proud of my mother and wife coming in everyday from the morning and staying as late as they can and without them the store could not run. I just want to say a big Thank You! to the people of Lawrenceville and anyone else who has made a trip to our shop. We have only been open for two months and it is not always easy for a donut shop to come into an area, especially when there are so many places for donuts. With that being said, I understand people sticking to their donut places the same way people stick to their sports teams, and that is fine with us, it only means we will try our hardest to keep making great donuts and offer great service to win them over. The people we have met so far have been very kind to us, supportive and have embraced us with open arms. Also a big thanks to the customers who have come in on many occasions , spreading the word, the ones that came just to try us out (we really do hope to see you come back,) and to the customers who have given reviews that are sweeter than any of our donuts. There was this one customer that came in and told me that he has been a life-long fan of a particular donut chain his whole life and after trying our donuts he said he will not go back to them. It’s these kinds of people who that makes us feel all gooey inside like a boston crème donut. So, thank you again Lawrenceville, we hope to be seeing more of you around. See more
