I logged on today to take a look at the Richmond County School System’s Cyber Academy of Excellence's on-going Virtual Cyber Summer Camp. I got to see 3rd grad...ers using code to meet objectives using Minecraft (coached/mentored/taught by the amazing Mrs. Clarke). Sharing their screens, writing code, speaking the language and so much more. The instructors and the delivery method were amazing so much so that I had to grab my laptop and walk down the hall and show Eric Toler (the executive director of the Georgia Cyber Center). Justin Hairston and the Richmond County team are a huge part of the Alliance for Cyber Education committee and I thanked him today during our call on behalf of our chairman, but also wanted to follow it up with this email posting.
