I’d like to take a moment to brag a bit about the man behind RDJE, Inc. as it stands today. I have had the opportunity to watch the progress of this company and this man, whom I am somehow so blessed to call Dad, from a unique perspective. For over 30 years, I have watched him work harder than I have ever seen someone work. But building onto the success of a family business the way he has is not the piece that is awe-inspiring. Instead it has been the way in which I have lear...ned to show compassion and never step over someone while trying to climb the ladder through watching him. If you ask him, he’ll adamantly deny it and I know because I’ve never seen him brag. I have watched him time and time again spend sleepless nights and long days trying to figure out how to use his success to build onto the ladder in order to bring those people with him. Through him, RDJE, Inc. has shown me that there is never a time in which you shouldn’t try to hoist those you encounter along the way onto your back and carry them up the ladder with you when they are struggling. Even more so of a blessing is the fact that it has provided us with an incredible extended family. I’m proud to say RDJE, Inc. is in my blood because it has been a shining example of how to live the most meaningful life.
