Honored to be in second place...with a massive organization in first and large law firms behind me. This is the most meaningful use of my time right now...and I'm privileged to participate.

Clients: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia has extended the Judicial Emergency through and including May 13, 2020. This has effectively postponed all Superior, State, Municipal & Traffic (Probate, etc.) hearings until further notice. This DOES NOT affect bankruptcy hearings or meetings. I will continue to personally contact each client as to the status of his or her case. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions. We will remain open to serve you. I currently have a client who was repeatedly billed well over $1,250.00 for ER Physician Services (the ER Doctor at the hospital who bills separately-AKA surprise billing). After multiple demands, we received the insurance EOB (Explanation of Benefits) & it turns out the ER Physician had already been paid and was double-billing my client. His co-pay is actually about $50.00. I see it everyday and it makes me sick. Glad we could help my client from these predatory & unethical billing practices! Don’t let the Medical Billing scam industry take advantage of you. There is no accident exception to your insurance contract. Always insist that the doctor/ hospital/ anesthesiologist/ radiologist, etc. bill to your medical insurance!!
