Today I closed on this beautiful home I had listed. The seller was approached by someone who wanted to buy the home before we could get it on the market. They told him he would make more money if he would sell it to them for cash then he wouldn’t have to pay an agent. I begged him not to do it and to give me a chance to sell it and I promised him he’d make more money. Today he closed with a check for $40,000 MORE in his pocket than what he WOULD have made if he’d sold it without my help. Don’t think you’re saving yourself money by not using an agent. You might just be costing yourself some. I’m glad he trusted me!
