Are you ready for Independence Day weekend? a great weekend of events!! Beginning Saturday July 3rd - We will be kicking off this years events with a Boat Parad...e!! Decorate your boat!! We will meet at the GA Power dam no wake area at 10:30, you’ll receive a cool dry bag of goodies. We will leave the dam at 11:00 am lead by Butts County Sheriff Gary Longs boat. We will head to Kersey Bridge. Parade will be done in time to eat Lunch at one of your favorite Marinas. Everyone that said they wish they knew about the paddle the river here you go. Saturday we leave from the FFA camp located at (FFA-FHA Camp Rs Covington GA 3...0014 ) at 10:00 to paddle the Alcovy River to the Factory Shoals. this is one of our shortest paddles, and one of my favorite. If you need a pick up buy one of our cm trash boats IM us with your address. We will let you know if we can pick u up and at what time. You cam also put you craft in at Bear Creek and paddle up to FFA launch ramp. The weather as of now looks ok at 10% that means there is 90% chance of fun!! See more
